Riads, hotels and restaurants have something most brands envy: beautiful places and moments that happen every day. The hard part is turning them into steady content without filming every week. Here is the monthly structure we use.
1. Choose four content pillars
Pick four themes and rotate them through the month. For a venue, these often are the place itself, the food or experience, the people behind it and the guests’ point of view. Pillars keep the feed varied without starting from a blank page.
2. Group filming into one shoot day
One well planned day can cover a month of posts. We plan the shots by light: soft morning shots of rooms and breakfast, afternoon details and staff portraits, golden hour on the terrace, then the evening atmosphere.
3. Film vertical first
Reels and TikTok are where most new people will discover you. Shooting vertical by default, with a few horizontal takes for the website and ads, avoids cropping that loses the composition.
4. Mix formats across the week
A simple rhythm works well: two or three short videos, one carousel and a few stories every day. Stories are the place for daily moments, menus and availability, while Reels carry the most polished content.
5. Write captions that invite action
Every post should make the next step easy, whether that is booking a room, reserving a table or sending a message. Keep the booking link and WhatsApp contact visible in your profile.
6. Review one month, then adjust
At the end of the month, look at which posts brought saves, shares, profile visits and messages, not only likes. Keep what worked for the next shoot day and drop what didn’t.
