Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect on https://frameandfortunes.agency, why, and what your rights are. The data controller is Frame & Fortunes SARLAU, Marrakech, Morocco.

What we collect

When you fill in the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, WhatsApp number if you give it, the service you are interested in, the date and budget you have in mind if you give them, your message and your preferred language.

We do not collect any other personal data without your consent.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up on our conversation. We never sell or hand them to third parties.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange. Data linked to a project is kept for the length of our working relationship and the legal obligations attached to it.

Service providers

Forms are processed by our host, Netlify, Inc. (USA), then forwarded to our mailbox. These providers act on our behalf and apply appropriate security measures.

Cookies

The site runs without advertising cookies by default. If we turn on audience measurement (Google Analytics) or advertising tools (Meta, Google Ads), they only set cookies after you agree in the cookie banner. Google Tag Manager, which manages these tools, loads on every page but stays in a cookieless mode until you accept. If you send the form after accepting, your email address and phone number may be shared in encrypted (hashed) form with Google and Meta to measure how well our campaigns work. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

We store your language choice and your cookie choice in your browser. This information stays on your device.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for people in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data.
